The Challenge
Flutter Brazil is scaling affiliate acquisition in a competitive iGaming market. You'll own partner relationships and performance optimization across a channel that's critical to customer growth—turning affiliate data into real revenue impact.
Your Mission
Audit and map current affiliate portfolio; identify top 20% performers and bottom performers for action
Set up standardized performance dashboards (FTD, CPA, NGR, conversion rates) accessible to stakeholders
Recruit and onboard 5-10 new high-potential affiliate partners aligned with acquisition targets
Complete first round of commercial negotiations; document deal terms and optimize pricing models
Increase affiliate channel volume by 30-40% through partner expansion and performance optimization
Reduce average CPA by 15-20% through traffic quality screening and campaign optimization
Build repeatable playbook for partner recruitment, onboarding, and quarterly performance reviews
Deliver monthly performance insights with 3-5 actionable optimization recommendations per report
KPIs You'll Own
FTD (First Time Deposit) Volume
Total new customers acquired via affiliate channel monthly; tracks channel growth velocity.
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Average cost to acquire one customer through affiliates; primary efficiency metric for profitability.
Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) per Affiliate
Revenue contribution per partner; identifies which partnerships generate real profit, not just volume.
Conversion Rate & Traffic Quality Score
Percentage of affiliate clicks converting to deposits plus quality screening; prevents fraud and waste.
Partner Retention Rate
% of active affiliates retained quarter-over-quarter; indicates relationship health and deal competitiveness.

Benefits & Perks
Company Intelligence
Flutter Brazil is the Brazilian operation of Flutter Entertainment, a global leader in sports betting and iGaming. The company operates in a regulated, high-growth market and is scaling customer acquisition through multiple channels including affiliates.
Culture
Fast-paced, data-driven, partnership-focused; values results and commercial thinking.
Is This Role For You?
- You have 2-4 years in affiliate marketing, iGaming, or sports betting—you speak the language of FTD, CPA, and NGR
- You're comfortable with affiliate tracking platforms (Income Access, MyAffiliates, NetRefer) and can pull/interpret data without hand-holding
- You enjoy stakeholder management; you can negotiate, build relationships, and say 'no' when a deal doesn't make commercial sense
- You want to own a growth channel end-to-end—recruitment, optimization, reporting, scaling—not just shuffle spreadsheets
- You're based in or willing to relocate to São Paulo; this is on-site (despite the 'remote-first' language in benefits)
- You lack iGaming/sports betting or affiliate marketing experience; the learning curve is steep in a regulated market
- You're looking for 100% remote work; this role is on-site in São Paulo despite ambiguous job posting language
- You treat affiliate partnerships as transactional; success requires genuine relationship building and commercial empathy
- You're uncomfortable with Portuguese or navigating Brazilian business culture and regulatory compliance
