The Challenge

Everfit is the operating system for 280K+ coaches globally, sitting at the intersection of fitness and AI. You'll own the entire demand generation engine-turning coaches into customers at scale while competing in a $5.1T market that's being revolutionized by technology.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map existing growth funnel, establish baseline CAC/LTV metrics, and audit current paid acquisition channels across 3+ platforms

2

Launch and optimize 2 paid demand gen campaigns (search, social, or partnership) with clear ROI targets; hit 15% improvement on conversion rates

3

Build marketing automation workflows in HubSpot for lead nurture; segment coach audience by behavior and run first A/B test on email series

4

Identify and validate 2 new market segments (tier of coaches, geography, or vertical) with early-stage go-to-market experiments

By 6 Months
1

Scale highest-performing paid channels; achieve 20%+ QoQ improvement in CAC efficiency while maintaining or reducing CAC by 10%

2

Build and launch 3 partner-powered growth loops (referrals, embedded offers, integrations) that contribute 25%+ of new MRR

3

Establish attribution model across touchpoints; create executive-facing dashboard showing multi-touch customer journeys and channel contribution

4

Develop freemium-to-paid conversion strategy; run product-led growth experiments that increase activation-to-paid conversion by 15%

KPIs You'll Own

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Cost to acquire one paying coach; broken down by channel and cohort for optimization decisions.

Lifetime Value (LTV)

Total revenue expected from a coach over their full relationship; used to set CAC payback targets.

Conversion Rate (by stage)

Percentage of prospects moving from awareness → lead → activation → paid; tracked per channel and campaign.

Channel ROI

Revenue generated per dollar spent on each paid acquisition channel; determines budget allocation.

Email Engagement Rate

Open and click-through rates on nurture campaigns; signals content relevance and audience fit.

Funnel Velocity

Time to close from first touchpoint; faster velocity = healthier cohorts and product-market fit.

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've scaled B2B SaaS demand gen and can point to 3+ channels where you improved CAC efficiency by 20%+ QoQ
  • You're obsessed with fitness-personal training cert, active coaching background, or deep involvement in fitness communities (non-negotiable per JD)
  • You live in spreadsheets and SQL; you build your own dashboards and don't wait on data teams to answer questions
  • You thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments where you own the entire funnel and wear multiple hats
Won't Work If
  • You lack genuine passion for fitness or don't understand the coaching/trainer business model-this role requires authentic industry knowledge
  • You're looking for a hands-off manager role; this is execution-heavy with heavy analytics and experimentation requirements
  • You've only worked in B2C or enterprise; scaling to small business owners and solopreneurs requires different positioning and acquisition strategy

Interview Process

1

Screening Call

Brief conversation about growth background, fitness passion, and understanding of coaching industry

2

Growth Case Study / Take-Home

Analyze Everfit's current funnel (or similar SaaS scenario); present 2-3 growth experiments you'd run with hypothetical budget

3

Manager Round

Deep dive on analytics methodology, attribution modeling, and how you'd prioritize channels with VP Growth/Marketing

4

Executive Round

Vision conversation with founder/CEO about 12-month growth roadmap and your approach to scaling coach acquisition
