Marketing Manager (Consumer Electronics)

This is a

hands-on, creative marketing role

that focuses on driving brand growth, managing digital communities, and executing impactful events for our innovative security brand. Ideal candidates would be those who have experience developing social media strategies, creating compelling visual and written content, and coordinating end-to-end marketing events. We also welcome anyone with a

good design sensibility and project management experienced

in balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement

    the marketing plan aligning with regional and local strategies.
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content

    (graphics, videos, copy) across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events

    , trade shows, and activations, managing relationships with vendors and agencies.
  • Design marketing materials and collateral

    , ensuring a consistent and powerful brand identity.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report

    on campaign and social media performance, using insights to optimize future activities.
  • Build and maintain a network of suppliers

    for promotional items and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate closely

    with sales, product, and regional teams to support business objectives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

    in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience

    in marketing, social media management, or community management.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating

    design skills and expertise in content creation

    (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Proven track record

    of managing social media platforms and paid campaigns.
  • Experience in event coordination and vendor management.
  • Excellent organizational skills

    with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel

    within Chile.
  • Intermediate/Advanced English

    (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • An existing network of suppliers

    for branded merchandise is a strong plus.
