The Challenge
EmailClub is a 85-person digital marketing agency hunting for a CRM Manager to own weekly campaign creation, automation setup, and performance analytics for 3-5 client brands. You'll work in tight pairs with designers, have real creative freedom within brand guidelines, and operate across multiple European markets.
Your Mission
Master EmailClub's CRM tech stack (email, SMS automation platforms) and deliver first 12 weekly campaigns with >15% open rates
Document and standardize automation workflows for your 3-5 assigned client accounts
Build fluency with reporting dashboards and establish baseline performance metrics for each client
Establish smooth collaboration rhythms with your paired Designer—weekly briefs, feedback cycles, asset handoffs
Achieve consistent campaign performance improvements: 20%+ lift in CTR or conversion rates YoY across your portfolio
Design and implement 8-10 new automated flows (welcome series, nurture tracks, re-engagement) that drive measurable engagement gains
Present monthly performance reviews to clients with actionable insights and optimization recommendations
Mentor incoming CRM team members on campaign best practices and automation playbooks

Target >15% baseline; track lift from subject line and send-time testing across clients
Automation Conversion Rate
Measure revenue or engagement from triggered email/SMS sequences relative to manual campaigns

Track satisfaction through reporting quality, campaign turnaround time, and strategic recommendations
Campaign Delivery Velocity
Weekly campaigns shipped on-time; measure brief-to-launch cycle time reduction over 6 months
