The Challenge
Dental Network runs Mexico's leading dental clinic network with trusted brands like La Clínica Dental and Sonrisas Forever. You'll own end-to-end growth-from patient acquisition across SEM, SEO, and social, to conversion optimization and lifetime value-turning data into sustainable patient growth.
Your Mission
Map current acquisition channels and establish baseline CAC, CPL, and ROAS across SEM, SEO, and social; build GA4 dashboards
Audit and optimize conversion funnel (landing pages → WhatsApp → booking) with 3+ A/B tests to reduce friction
Set up CRM automation for patient onboarding and post-appointment follow-up; document no-show patterns and design mitigation
Launch first retention campaign (email + SMS) targeting existing patients for repeat appointments and cross-service upsell
Scale winning acquisition channels; achieve 20%+ improvement in ROAS vs. baseline on paid channels
Reduce patient acquisition cost (CAC) by 15-20% through funnel optimization and local partnership leverage
Build predictive LTV model; segment patients by value and design tiered retention offers (high-value, at-risk, dormant)
Establish monthly growth dashboard tracking CAC, LTV, ROAS, no-show rate, and patient cohort retention; present insights to leadership

- You've run growth campaigns in B2C (especially health/services) and obsess over CAC, LTV, and funnel conversion
- You're fluent in GA4, paid social (Meta), and Google Ads; you can build dashboards and test hypotheses weekly
- You thrive in on-site environments where you collaborate directly with clinical and ops teams to align pricing, offers, and patient experience
- You're comfortable taking ownership of end-to-end acquisition + retention, from strategy to execution to analysis
- You need remote flexibility; this is 100% in-office, Mexico City only
- You lack hands-on experience with paid ads, GA4, or CRM automation-this role needs a doer, not a strategist-only
- You've only worked in SaaS or B2B; healthcare/services context and patient LTV mindset are critical here
