The Challenge
datashake is a lean 80-person digital acceleration startup hunting for a hybrid sales/consultant who gets SEO fundamentals AND the emerging GEO landscape. You'll own client acquisition strategy, audit delivery, and organic visibility—reporting directly to leadership in a feedback-rich, growth-obsessed culture.
Your Mission
Master datashake's SEO audit framework and GEO positioning; deliver first 3 client audits with measurable insights
Build and maintain CRM pipeline: qualify 20+ inbound/outbound leads, close 2-3 new client contracts
Create 5+ performance dashboards for existing clients showing traffic, rankings, conversion impact
Develop clear pitch deck explaining SEO/GEO value prop to non-technical stakeholders
Hit revenue target: secure 8-10 new SEO/GEO projects generating €40K+ MRR
Own client success: maintain 90%+ retention rate, upsell data-driven recommendations to 5 existing accounts
Contribute to datashake playbook: document 3 repeatable processes (audit methodology, pricing model, content strategy)
Lead internal knowledge-sharing: train 2 junior team members on SEO fundamentals and GEO trends

Monthly revenue from newly signed SEO/GEO projects; target €40K+ MRR by month 6.

Percentage of active clients retained month-over-month; track renewals and churn.

Interview Process
