Marketing Specialist, Market
About the Role
As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution of integrated B2B marketing programs designed to drive revenue growth, generate demand, and strengthen Prosci’s presence in the market. Working closely with Sales, Regional Growth teams.
You will help execute campaigns, events, webinars, partnerships, and digital marketing initiatives that support both training and enterprise offerings.
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Demand Generation
- Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Drive demand generation activities for training and enterprise solutions.
- Execute email marketing, webinars, events, social media, and lead nurturing initiatives.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts for key enterprise accounts.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights to improve results.
Digital Marketing
- Develop and deploy email campaigns.
- Support regional social media activities and content creation.
- Collaborate to generate creative assets, and LinkedIn advertising.
- Monitor marketing metrics and campaign effectiveness.
Events & Partnerships
- Coordinate and support webinars, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
- Help develop customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies.
- Support initiatives focused on key industries and market segments.
Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Delivery, Operation.
- Adapt and localize global marketing content for the local market.
- Contribute to regional and global marketing projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- +4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services.
- Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, CRM systems, and marketing analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LinkedIn Advertising and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with webinars and virtual events.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Google Analytics experience.
