🚀 Estamos buscando Growth Marketer / Responsable de Marketing Digital para CIPITRIA
Somos una marca de indumentaria en crecimiento y buscamos a alguien que lidere nuestro marketing digital de punta a punta.
👉 ¿Qué vas a hacer?
- Gestionar y planificar contenido para redes sociales (IG / TikTok)
- Crear y optimizar campañas de pauta (Meta Ads principalmente)
- Desarrollar estrategias de crecimiento y campañas creativas
- Gestionar email marketing (campañas + automatizaciones)
- Analizar métricas y escalar lo que funciona
👉 ¿Qué buscamos?
- Experiencia en marcas de moda o e-commerce (excluyente)
- Conocimiento sólido en Meta Ads
- Perfil creativo + analítico
- Proactividad real (no alguien que espere órdenes)
- Buen ojo estético y entendimiento de marca
👉 Modalidad:
