The Challenge
Chime is scaling organic growth across search, AI answer engines, and owned channels to drive acquisition and conversion. You'll build and lead the entire organic engine-from SEO strategy to full-funnel content systems-reporting directly to leadership with aggressive growth targets and cross-functional influence.
Your Mission
Audit current organic performance across SEO, AEO, YouTube, and owned channels; establish baseline metrics and quick wins
Map full-funnel content framework aligned to acquisition, education, and conversion stages with PMM, Brand, and Lifecycle stakeholders
Define organic's role in paid and product-led growth motions; establish SLAs and integration points
Build or refine MarTech stack for measurement, experimentation, and AI-powered content workflows
Launch AI-powered SEO/AEO workflow to scale content production and improve ranking velocity across priority keywords
Deliver 20-30% organic traffic growth YoY through optimized landing pages, CRO testing, and new channel expansion
Build and onboard cross-functional content team; establish weekly rhythm for roadmap alignment and performance reviews
Define and implement organic attribution model tied to CAC, LTV, and conversion rate targets across lifecycle stages

Organic Traffic Growth (YoY %)
Primary growth driver across Google Search, AI Answer Engines, YouTube, and direct channels.
Organic Conversion Rate (%)
Landing page and funnel-level conversion tied to business outcomes (signups, revenue).
Keyword Ranking Velocity
Speed of content ranking in top 10/top 3 positions for priority search terms.
Content ROI (Revenue / Content Spend)
Revenue attributed to organic content vs production and tooling costs.
AEO Answer Rate (%)
% of priority queries appearing in AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc).
YouTube Views & Subscribers
Video channel growth and engagement as part of owned content strategy.
