Key Accountabilities
Category Strategy
- Develop and implement the category marketing strategy for LATAM aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Set the Brand value proposition according to target consumer segments value expectations and Market opportunities.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns for the category.
- Manage product launches and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Identify opportunities for new products or line extensions.
- Work closely with R&D and local teams to bring innovations to market.
- Track category performance (volume, profitability and market share).
- Build, along with local teams, actions plans to chase for Market opportunities or close gaps on performance.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing investments and improve ROI.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively.
- Ensure cost efficiency and maximize Marketing Budget return on investment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in strategic marketing or branding.
- Marketing experience in processed meats and other proteins categories.
- Minimum 7 years of people management or supervisory experience.
- Proven track record in Category Management, Brand Management, and brand building.
- Advanced English proficiency is a plus.
