Key Responsibilities

  • Develop trade marketing plans aligned with the company’s overall strategy to enhance brand awareness and sales performance in retail channels, distributor networks, or offline stores.
  • Design and execute promotional campaigns, activation activities, exhibitions, test drive etc to ensure successful implementation.
  • Develop, implement and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email, content, etc) to meet sales objectives
  • Live streaming development and management. TV, radio, billboard and other ATL strategy management
  • Develop standardized store display guidelines and monitor execution effectiveness.
  • Negotiate optimal product placement and promotional resources with key retail accounts
  • Collect and analyze sales data, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to generate actionable insights
  • Manage budgets, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Analyze channel sales data to identify growth opportunities and recommend optimizations.

Required Qualifications

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    2–4 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or B2B marketing, preferably within the automotive or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Skills:

    Strong analytical abilities (data analysis/reporting), proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Competencies:

    Proactive, organized, with a strong commercial mindset and capability to translate strategies into actionable, on-ground tactics.
