The Challenge

Buyerlink is hunting for a growth leader to architect a $25M+ paid social engine that generates high-quality leads for home services. You'll own the entire strategy, build a team, and integrate AI to redefine lead gen in 2026.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current paid social performance across channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and identify top 3-5 optimization opportunities to improve CPL within 30 days

2

Build and staff your core team—define roles, hire key positions (paid social strategist, creative lead), and establish weekly rhythm for performance reviews

3

Design and launch 2-3 AI-powered creative production workflows (using Midjourney, Canva, Jasper) to increase ad asset velocity by 3x

4

Establish robust daily/weekly reporting dashboard tracking CPL, lead volume, quality score, and budget allocation with clear variance analysis for leadership

By 6 Months
1

Scale paid social budget from current baseline to $25M+ annually while maintaining or improving CPL and lead quality targets

Operationalize test-and-learn framework: run min. 20+ controlled experiments across audience, creative, bidding, and landing page variables; document learnings

Integrate advanced Meta, TikTok, and YouTube features (Advantage+, Predictive Audiences, Performance Max) into standard workflows and prove incremental ROAS lift

Mentor team to self-sufficiency on AI tools and performance optimization; establish clear growth paths and upskilling curriculum for 2027

Cost Per Lead (CPL)

Track CPL by channel, audience segment, and creative variant; optimize toward target and benchmark against industry for home services.

Lead Volume & Quality Score

Monitor total leads generated weekly and quality metrics (conversion rate, sales-qualified ratio) to ensure acquisition scales without compromising funnel health.

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Measure revenue attributed to paid social campaigns; tie back to lead quality and downstream customer LTV.

Creative Production Velocity

Track number of ad assets produced per week using AI tools vs. manual creation; target 3x increase within 6 months.

Budget Efficiency & Spend Allocation

Monitor budget deployment across channels, markets, and campaigns; ensure zero waste and optimal allocation to high-performing segments.
