Brand, the Marketing Director will translate brand strategy into marketing execution across all
channels including partnerships, ambassador programs, paid media, and retention marketing.
The ideal candidate is a strategic builder who thrives in a high-growth environment and can
create systems, hire and develop talent, and leverage data to inform marketing strategy and
creative direction.

- 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership, growth marketing, or brand marketing.
- Experience building or scaling a marketing department.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media strategy, partnerships, and retention
- Experience working with marketing analytics and performance data to guide strategy.
- Proven leadership ability managing teams and external agencies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to align marketing strategy with brand leadership.
- Build and lead BURLEBO’s marketing department, creating structure, systems, and

- Recruit, hire, and manage key marketing roles.

- Establish clear roles, goals, and performance expectations for the marketing team.
- Work cross-functionally with the Creative Director to ensure marketing initiatives are
- Oversee the brand’s paid media strategy across digital platforms.
- Manage relationships with external ad agencies and ensure performance aligns with
- Evaluate and optimize paid media performance through testing, analytics, and strategic
- Build a data-driven marketing culture that uses analytics to inform decision making.
- Analyze marketing performance across channels including paid media, partnerships,
- Translate marketing data into actionable insights that guide strategy and inform creative
