The Challenge
BTG Pactual's Digital Investments platform is fusing fintech agility with institutional banking firepower. You'll own the growth funnel for a platform democratizing investment access across Latin America's largest investment bank.
Your Mission
Map the complete user funnel (acquisition → activation → retention) and identify top 3 optimization opportunities with quantified impact potential
Design and execute 5+ A/B tests on critical conversion points, documenting methodology and results in dashboards
Build automated KPI dashboards tracking acquisition cost, activation rate, and key product metrics across channels
Partner with product and data teams to define OKRs and experimentation roadmap for next quarter
Scale 2-3 high-performing growth initiatives from test to full implementation, each targeting 15%+ improvement
Establish performance marketing baseline across Meta and Google, optimizing CPA and ROAS by 20%+
Implement product analytics framework (Amplitude/Mixpanel) with cohort analysis and funnel tracking
Lead cross-functional growth experiments that move key metrics (DAU, activation rate, LTV) and document learnings

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Track cost per new user acquired across all channels and campaigns.
Activation Rate
Percentage of new users completing first investment transaction within 7 days.
Retention Rate (D7, D30)
Active user percentage at 7 and 30 days post-signup.
A/B Test Statistical Significance
Percentage of experiments reaching 95%+ confidence before implementation decision.
Funnel Conversion Rate
Track conversion between awareness → signup → first trade → active investor.

- You're fluent in SQL and can build your own dashboards-you don't wait for data, you hunt for it
- You're obsessed with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and rapid experimentation cycles
- You thrive in cross-functional environments and can translate between product, marketing, data, and engineering
- You need remote flexibility-this is 100% on-site in Santiago
- You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or prefer following playbooks over building them from scratch
- You lack SQL or advanced Excel skills; this role requires technical self-sufficiency in data analysis
