Surgery & UCC
The focus of BD Interventional (BDI) Surgery & UCC is to lead innovation in devices that improve lives in the field of surgical interventions, advanced hernia repair and reconstruction, and urological procedures, with the goal of leveraging the treatment of highly complex diseases and enabling interventional and/or surgical procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for Home Care products in Brazil and develop plans for prioritized countries within Latin America.
- Conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and gain a deep understanding of customer needs and the competitive landscape.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including new product launches, portfolio optimization, and product discontinuation.
- Collaborate closely with sales, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and supply chain teams to ensure the successful execution of strategies.
- Adapt marketing and communication materials (both digital and traditional) to meet the specific needs and regulatory requirements of each market.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize ROI.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key commercial stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable internal policies and external regulations.
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Solid experience marketing experience, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Solid knowledge of the Home Care market in Brazil is a must.* Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to influence others.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel (approximately 20–30% of the time) within Brazil and the LATAM region.
