Growth Marketing and Content Manager Location: Minneapolis, MN Company: Andrew’s Lawn and Snow
Andrew’s Lawn and Snow is a rapidly scaling residential service company operating across multiple states. We specialize in high-ticket recurring lawn care and snow removal services, and we are investing aggressively in building a high-performance, in-house marketing team to fuel our next phase of growth.
We are hiring a Growth Marketing and Content Manager to own content creation, paid social advertising, and inbound lead generation. This is a front-end, revenue-focused marketing role. It is not a backend automation or development position. Your mandate is clear: drive attention, generate qualified leads, and strengthen brand presence through consistent, high-impact content and performance-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish high-performing short-form video content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Capture behind-the-scenes operational content, including warehouse activity, storm preparation, and team highlights
- Manage, optimize, and scale Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
- Test new creative concepts, hooks, and messaging on a weekly basis
- Monitor cost per lead, return on ad spend, and campaign performance metrics
- Support recruiting efforts through targeted social content
- Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with seasonal promotions
- Deliver weekly reporting on lead volume, ad performance, and engagement metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and short-form content strategy
- Experience managing or supporting paid advertising campaigns on Facebook or Instagram
- Comfortable on camera or capable of directing and producing video content
- Highly organized with the ability to execute consistent daily content output
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategy
- Self-starter who operates with urgency, accountability, and ownership
Preferred Experience
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Background in performance-based or growth-oriented marketing environments
Compensation and Structure
- Full-time, in-office role based in Minneapolis
- Base salary of $60,000 per year
