You'll own the marketing strategy execution that builds their presence globally—balancing brand positioning, digital performance, and demand generation in a high-stakes B2B environment.

Your Mission

First 3 Months

Audit current digital performance across Google Analytics and Search Console; establish baseline metrics and optimization roadmap

Develop and launch first integrated demand generation campaign aligned with sales pipeline needs

Create brand positioning framework and audit consistency across all institutional channels

4

Implement marketing metrics dashboard tracking campaign ROI, lead quality, and channel performance

By 6 Months
1

Scale top-performing digital channels (paid/organic) with 30%+ improvement in qualified lead volume

Build and document repeatable demand generation processes integrating marketing automation tools

Establish employer branding strategy and launch first talent-focused content initiative

Deliver quarterly marketing performance reviews with actionable insights for strategy optimization

  • You're comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution—no ivory tower work here
  • You have 2+ years of measurable experience: digital campaigns, analytics, or institutional marketing

  • You think in metrics: you know what to measure, why it matters, and how to optimize based on data
