The Challenge

Prime Video is the world's largest streaming service across 240+ countries. You'll orchestrate the complete marketing production lifecycle for major film and TV launches, ensuring campaigns hit markets on time and on budget while juggling localization, creative assets, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master Amazon's production workflows and approval processes for global campaign launches across TV, digital, OOH, and print channels

2

Own end-to-end production timeline management for 2-3 simultaneous content launches, coordinating internal teams and external agencies

Establish localization and trafficking workflows for key art, trailers, and promotional assets across multiple territories

4

Build relationships with creative, social, and paid media teams to identify and solve production bottlenecks before they impact timelines

By 6 Months
1

Successfully deliver 6+ major content campaign productions on time and within budget, with zero missed hard deadlines

2

Implement process improvements that reduce campaign asset turnaround time by 15%+ or improve stakeholder sign-off velocity

3

Manage $500K+ in combined campaign production budgets across multiple concurrent projects with detailed tracking and reporting

4

Develop a replicable localization template system that scales asset delivery across 15+ territories efficiently

On-Time Delivery Rate

Percentage of campaign assets delivered by agreed deadlines without stakeholder escalation.

Budget Variance

Actual campaign production spend vs. budgeted amount, tracked across all concurrent projects.

Asset Approval Cycle Time

Average days from submission to final stakeholder sign-off across creative, legal, and regional teams.

Territory Localization Coverage

Percentage of key markets receiving region-appropriate assets and trailers within campaign launch window.

Stakeholder Issue Resolution Time

Average time from escalation to documented resolution for production problems or conflicts.

  • You've managed 5+ years of end-to-end marketing campaign production across multiple channels (TV, digital, OOH, print) and have shipped campaigns on aggressive timelines
  • You thrive in operational roles-you're detail-oriented, track budgets obsessively, and catch problems before they blow up deadlines
  • You've worked with creative agencies, studios, or streaming platforms and understand how to wrangle creative reviews, approvals, and localization workflows
  • You're fluent in English (required) and can communicate clearly with global stakeholders across different time zones and regions
Won't Work If
  • You prefer creative strategy over execution-this role is pure operational production management, not campaign strategy or creative direction
  • You struggle with ambiguity or multiple competing priorities; campaigns launch on fixed dates and budgets are firm
  • You lack hands-on experience shipping global campaigns; this requires direct production management experience, not just planning or account management
