Your purpose in the team:
To lead the marketing strategy for the animal nutrition segment, identifying growth opportunities, strengthening the positioning of our solutions, and accelerating expansion in international markets.⚖️
Your main challenges:
International Expansion:
Design and implement marketing strategies with a focus on Europe and North America.B2B Business Vision:
Deeply understand the needs of clients in the animal nutrition industry and transform them into high-value solutions.Growth in Animal Nutrition:
Drive the development of strategic categories (proteins, concentrates, functional solutions) within the sector.Strategic Articulation:
Connect commercial, technical, and R&D teams with clients to enable business opportunities.

What are we looking for in you?
Education:
Professional degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields.Experience (key):
More than 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably developed in companies within the animal nutrition sector, leading B2B strategies and growth in this industry.Sector Knowledge:
Solid understanding of the animal nutrition market (desirable experience in aquaculture or protein).Languages:
Advanced English (essential).Other requirements:
Valid Passport and American Visa.Skills:
Self-management, resilience, strategic thinking, and results-oriented focus.
