Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and optimize core marketing channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, website) with baseline metrics; launch first speaker amplification campaign

Build and execute marketing calendar for next 2 events with clear milestones tied to speaker announcements and ticket launches

Develop 3 audience growth experiments (partnerships, cross-promotion, niche targeting) and run A/B tests on campaign messaging

Establish speaker promotion playbook: brief speakers, coordinate social assets, track engagement lift from speaker posts

Grow AI Engineer audience by 25%+ across LinkedIn and Twitter/X with measurable engagement rates and follower growth

Drive 15%+ increase in event ticket sales attributed to marketing campaigns through UTM tracking and conversion analysis
