Your Mission
Define and launch multi-channel B2B acquisition strategy (outbound, inbound, partnerships) with first MQL targets
Audit and optimize current sales funnel—establish baseline conversion rates and CAC/LTV metrics
Build content + brand visibility playbook targeting architects, MOAs, and large account decision-makers
Set up RevOps infrastructure: CRM configuration, marketing automation, and reporting dashboards
Achieve 50%+ YoY MQL growth; hit qualified pipeline targets that feed sales team
Launch 3+ case studies/customer success narratives; establish AGLO as thought leader in Construction Tech
Identify and penetrate 2 new market segments (Grand Comptes, ETI); measure segment-specific CAC/LTV
Implement retention playbook with upsell/expansion campaigns; reduce churn by 15%+

MQL Volume & Quality
Monthly qualified leads generated across all channels; track conversion rate to SQL and MQL-to-Customer attribution.
CAC & LTV
Customer acquisition cost per channel and lifetime value; ensure LTV/CAC ratio stays above 3:1.
Sales Funnel Conversion
Track conversion rates from first touch → MQL → SQL → Closed-Won; identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
