- Support the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for beverage market segments and execute related marketing action plans
- Drive together with the sales team innovation meetings for key customers, managing key marketing initiatives and identify future business opportunities
- Based on your understanding of category consumer trends, insights and future needs you generate new product ideas and concepts across the LATAM region
- You work on the segments related value proposition and messaging and lead related communication efforts for the area
- You are responsible to develop sales enablement materials and tools to enable further segment growth
- You drive the innovations’ management end-to-end from ideation, product development, concept and value proposition to release and customer presentation for responsible segments
- You evolve and train the segment capabilities to sales, support business with continuous promotion (internal, external, fairs), create and implement relevant marketing measures
- Engage with local partners (development & application, sales) to define new opportunities in the region and identify customers to approach together with sales leaders
- You help to create and drive marketing campaigns to create awareness at customers, promote capabilities and highlight the value proposition of ADM’s pantry applied in the responsible beverage segments.
- Bachelor/Master Degree in business studies with focus on marketing
- 5-7 years of professional experience in the food industry in the area of BtC marketing or BtB marketing, brand management or comparable roles
- You are enthusiastic about healthy nutrition food & beverages trends
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment and have the ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively across functions and teams
- You have a strong drive for success, great analytical skills, you are self-motivated and results oriented
- You are fluent in English, are willing to travel, are confident in MS-Office and Salesforce experience is a plus.
