The Challenge
ACAMS is the go-to membership org for 120k+ anti-financial crime professionals globally. You'll own a multi-million dollar paid media engine across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta-scaling campaigns that directly drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
Your Mission
Audit current paid media spend across all channels; identify performance gaps and quick-win optimization opportunities
Establish baseline reporting framework using GA4 and CRM data to tie paid investment directly to lead quality and conversion
Launch 2-3 high-priority campaign tests (audience, creative, offer) with clear success metrics and learnings documented
Build relationships with marketing/sales teams and any existing agencies; clarify strategy, budgets, and accountability
Deliver 15-20% improvement in blended CPL or 25%+ lift in lead quality across paid channels through systematic testing
Scale top-performing campaigns by 30-40% while maintaining or improving ROI and conversion metrics
Implement AI-driven tools for ad copy testing, audience expansion, and performance analysis; measure impact and refine workflow
Develop and present quarterly growth roadmap with 3-5 new channel/tactic tests and estimated impact on pipeline

Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Blended CPL across all paid channels; track weekly and optimize towards target.
Lead Quality Score
Percentage of leads that convert to MQL or SQL; measure sales handoff quality and channel attribution.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) / ROI
Revenue or pipeline influenced by paid media divided by total spend; track by channel and campaign.
Conversion Rate (Landing Page → Lead)
Percentage of paid traffic that converts to lead capture; optimize by channel and creative variant.
Campaign Test Velocity
Number of validated tests launched per month; measure learning and iteration speed.

- You're comfortable managing external agencies and vendors, but also know when to roll up your sleeves and execute hands-on
- You're genuinely curious about AI tools and automation; you see them as enablers, not threats
- You've only managed small paid media budgets (<$500K/year) or lack hands-on campaign optimization experience
- You're uncomfortable with daily monitoring, testing, and rapid iteration-you prefer 'set and forget' strategies
- You don't have strong analytics chops or can't translate performance data into actionable insights for stakeholders
- You require flexible/remote work; this is 100% on-site in Miami
