80Twenty is a boutique marketing recruitment agency that connects high-growth companies with exceptional candidates.
Our client is an early-stage software company backed by an established boutique creative law firm. Their platform helps legal and compliance teams streamline workflows, reduce risk, and modernize how legal operations are managed. With a validated product, growing enterprise traction, and a direct line to founders, this is a rare opportunity to support marketing from the ground up with the backing and credibility of an established legal practice behind it.
This is a full-ownership and hands-on marketing role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will build and operate the entire marketing function for a B2B SaaS product, working directly with founders, sales, and product to drive pipeline, shape the brand, and bring the platform's story to life across every channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the full marketing calendar across digital, social, email, content, and community channels from concept through to measurement
- Design and produce marketing assets directly, including social graphics, email templates, landing pages, one-pagers, pitch decks, and event materials
- Run and optimize paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant platforms, managing targeting, creative, copy, and budget in-platform
- Build and manage the brand's social media presence with a consistent voice, visual identity, and content cadence that drives awareness among legal and compliance buyers
- Develop content that converts, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, video scripts, and webinar decks, translating complex software capabilities into clear, compelling narratives
- Plan and execute community and event programming, including webinars, roundtables, and in-person activations that build brand affinity and generate pipeline
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, using data to continuously test messaging, creative, and channel mix
- Support sales with collateral and enablement materials, including battlecards, demo leave-behinds, and objection-handling guides
- Manage vendor and agency relationships across SEO, PR, and video production where applicable
- Gather customer and market insights to sharpen audience targeting and refine platform positioning
Qualifications
- 4 or more years of marketing experience with a meaningful portion in B2B SaaS or software
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience running modern marketing tactics end-to-end, not just managing agencies
- Strong design proficiency in tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to produce polished, on-brand assets independently
- Experience managing paid social and search campaigns in-platform across LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and similar platforms
- Excellent writing skills, clear and adaptable across formats from a social post to a whitepaper
- Proven ability to work with data, including setting up tracking, reading dashboards, and making decisions based on performance metrics
- Experience marketing to complex, multi-stakeholder buyers and translating technical product capabilities for non-technical audiences
- Comfortable building structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a bias toward action and ownership
- Background with B2B SaaS marketing in legal tech, compliance, enterprise software, or professional services is a plus
