The Challenge

Wheelhouse DMG partners with innovative healthcare and MedTech brands to deliver exceptional performance in a privacy-first world. You'll be the analytical backbone turning complex data infrastructure into client wins—from tag management to board-level storytelling.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master Wheelhouse's tag management and ETL stack; QA tracking implementations across 3-5 active client accounts

2

Build 2-3 foundational dashboards that become the standard reporting cadence for key clients

3

Identify and resolve 1 critical data quality issue blocking performance optimization for a priority client

4

Shadow client strategy reviews and deliver your first independent insight briefing to a non-technical stakeholder

By 6 Months
1

Own end-to-end analytics delivery for 2 complex healthcare/MedTech accounts; drive month-over-month optimization insights

Design and deploy a scalable first-party data strategy implementation for a major client (HIPAA-compliant pipeline)

Reduce reporting turnaround time by 40% through process improvement or automation; document playbook for team

4

Present performance findings at 4+ client strategy reviews; establish yourself as trusted advisor, not just report producer
