Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You obsess over data accuracy and process documentation-spotting discrepancies in segmentation logic or metadata is your jam
  • You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with tight campaign deadlines and complex compliance requirements
  • You're detail-oriented but strategic: you don't just catch errors, you build systems to prevent them from happening again
  • You're comfortable with CRM/CDP platforms and understand email, SMS, push, and DM channel mechanics at a technical level
  • You want to grow into CRM Operations leadership and own campaign quality at scale
Won't Work If
  • You prefer creative strategy or campaign ideation over QA, validation, and operational rigor-this is a quality control role, not creative
  • You're uncomfortable with compliance audits, legal reviews, or regulated fintech environments
  • You need remote flexibility-this is on-site in Plano, TX full-time with no hybrid option
