The Challenge

Merz Aesthetics, a 116-year-old global leader in aesthetic medicine, needs you to architect their CRM future. You'll own the Salesforce OCE strategy that connects field teams to customers while generating insights that drive commercial performance.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current Salesforce OCE setup, identify data quality gaps, and establish governance standards across the enterprise

Build 3-5 priority dashboards with analytics team that field teams actually use daily for targeting and engagement

3

Map CRM roadmap aligned to commercial priorities-define must-haves vs. nice-to-haves for next 12 months

4

Establish cross-functional governance cadence (sales, marketing, analytics) to align on CRM requirements and rollout

By 6 Months
1

Execute 2-3 major Salesforce OCE enhancements that measurably improve field adoption and data accuracy

Deploy field insights program: monthly reports showing engagement patterns, customer segmentation, and targeting recommendations

Scale CRM enablement: train and coach sales/marketing teams on new features; own change management

4

Establish vendor SLAs with third-party CRM partners and run quarterly performance reviews

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've built or optimized CRM strategies in complex, multi-stakeholder B2B or B2B2C environments (pharma, healthcare, or sales-driven orgs)
  • You translate messy business requirements into clean Salesforce configurations and drive adoption across teams
  • You're fluent in data governance, analytics, and dashboards-and you can speak both technical and business language
  • You thrive in leadership roles: managing vendors, coaching teams, and driving cross-functional alignment without being the loudest voice
  • You're detail-obsessed about data quality but big-picture strategic about CRM roadmaps
Won't Work If
  • You've only done CRM admin work-you need to be ready to lead strategy and manage upward/cross-functionally
  • You're uncomfortable working on-site 5 days/week in Raleigh, NC (this is not a remote role)
  • You're new to Salesforce and need extensive hands-on technical training (OCE experience or equivalent required)
