You'll own their social presence and content strategy as they scale—building brand authority in a sector that's reshaping how global companies manage climate and corporate risk.
Your Mission
Execute and deliver 2 quarterly LinkedIn benchmarks tracking competitor activity and Descartes' performance vs. peers
Build and publish 12+ optimized LinkedIn posts with visuals and captions, establishing consistent cadence
Create 3-5 reusable visual templates ensuring brand compliance across social and internal comms
Launch support for LinkedIn Ambassador program—brief, coach, and execute posts with 5+ company voices
Grow LinkedIn engagement rate by 25%+ through data-driven content optimization and testing
Develop 2 new content formats (motion videos, infographics, gated assets) that drive lead gen or event attendance
Own paid media campaign tracking in CRM—set up dashboards and deliver monthly performance summaries
Implement SEO quick wins (meta descriptions, internal linking, alt text) for 10+ high-value pages

Track likes, comments, shares, and click-through rates to measure content resonance and social growth.

Monitor return on ad spend across LinkedIn/display campaigns to optimize budget allocation.

- You're purely theoretical—this role requires hands-on execution, not just strategy papers
- You need 100% remote flexibility; this is on-site in Paris
- You have zero interest in B2B, insurance, or climate tech; Descartes' mission won't excite you
