Free2move is the #1 mobility platform for 6M+ users across 170 countries. You'll own their viral social content strategy—from street-level video creation to international campaign execution—while learning how to scale brand presence across 30 languages.
Your Mission
Produce 15-20 pieces of viral short-form content (TikTok/Reels optimized) with 20%+ engagement rate above platform average
Establish and manage editorial calendar for 3+ markets, publishing 4-5x weekly across social channels
Support 2 major product launch campaigns end-to-end (briefs → content creation → performance tracking)
Create 10+ CRM campaign assets (emails, push notifications) with documented conversion impact
Drive 30%+ increase in organic reach across Free2move social accounts through trend-jacking and community engagement
Build repeatable street content process with mobile editing workflow, delivering 40+ pieces quarterly
Contribute to international brand guidelines documentation with localized tone-of-voice frameworks for 5+ markets
Own performance analysis dashboard tracking engagement, CTR, and conversion metrics across all channels

Organic Reach & Engagement Rate
Track weekly growth in impressions, likes, comments, and shares across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn by market.
Content-to-Conversion
Measure click-through and conversion rates from social posts to landing pages and CRM campaigns.
Viral Content Hit Rate
Percentage of content hitting 50K+ impressions; track which formats/topics drive algorithmic distribution.
Campaign Execution Speed
Time from creative brief to published assets; target sub-48-hour turnaround for trending opportunities.
