The Challenge

Fever is the world's leading platform for live entertainment, reaching 300M+ people monthly across 55+ countries. As Head of Brand Partnerships for LATAM, you'll lead revenue growth by closing high-value sponsorships and building long-term relationships with top brands—scaling a region that's critical to their global expansion.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map the LATAM brand and agency landscape; identify and prioritize 25+ high-value partnership prospects across entertainment, luxury, lifestyle, and tech verticals

Develop data-driven go-to-market strategy for Mexico City and establish baseline pipeline metrics for Q1 revenue targets

Conduct one-on-ones with existing team; define roles, coaching plan, and hiring needs to support regional growth

4

Close 2-3 pilot partnerships with tier-1 brands to validate pitch messaging and establish proof points for larger deals

By 6 Months
1

Grow partnership revenue YoY by 40%+ through multi-year sponsorship agreements with leading brands and agencies

Build and maintain active pipeline of 50+ qualified opportunities at various stages (qualified, proposal, negotiation)

Expand team headcount by 2-3 roles and mentor salespeople to hit individual deal targets consistently

4

Establish repeatable sponsorship playbook for Fever Originals and partner events; measure activation ROI and optimize annually

Partnership Revenue (ARR)

Total annual recurring revenue from brand partnerships, sponsorships, and media deals closed in LATAM region.

Deal Velocity

Average time from qualified opportunity to signed contract; target reduction of 15-20% per quarter.

Pipeline Coverage Ratio

Total value of active opportunities divided by quarterly revenue target; maintain 3-4x minimum coverage.

Multi-Year Agreement Rate

Percentage of deals structured as 2+ year contracts; indicates client confidence and revenue stability.

Brand Activation ROI

Measurable impact of sponsored activations (reach, engagement, brand lift) tied to partnership investment.

For You If
  • You've closed $5M+ in annual partnership revenue and have a proven track record with tier-1 brands
  • You have a strong, warm network in Mexico and/or Brazil—and can leverage it immediately
  • You're entrepreneurial: you can operate with ambiguity, build strategy from scratch, and scale a team
  • You combine data-driven rigor with relationship savvy; you can read a spreadsheet and read a room equally well
Won't Work If
  • You've only done transactional ad sales; this role requires consultative, strategic partnership development
  • You need remote flexibility; this is 100% on-site Mexico City
  • You're not fluent in Spanish or Portuguese; navigating LATAM requires regional language skills
