The Challenge

VML is a WPP powerhouse working with blue-chip brands like Coca-Cola, Microsoft, and Ford. You'll own social strategy for enterprise clients, building communities and driving measurable growth across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

Your Mission

First 3 Months

Audit and optimize existing social accounts; establish baseline metrics and reporting framework

Launch 2-3 integrated social campaigns aligned to client business objectives with clear KPIs

Build and document content calendar process; establish approval workflows with creative and strategy teams

Achieve 15-20% engagement rate improvement across managed accounts through audience analysis and content optimization

By 6 Months
1

Scale organic reach by 40-60% through community growth strategies and trend-jacking opportunities

Deliver quarterly business impact reports showing social's contribution to lead generation or sales lift

3

Lead paid social strategy across Meta/TikTok; manage $50K+ in monthly ad spend with clear ROAS targets

Mentor junior team members on content creation and community management best practices
