TBWA Paris is a disruptive communication agency looking for sharp minds to power their social strategy. You'll work directly with a Social Media Manager on real client campaigns, building editorial roadmaps and analyzing what actually drives engagement across platforms.
Your Mission
Master the agency's social media workflow: participate in 5+ editorial roadmap sessions and deliver your first competitive analysis brief
Get across your assigned client accounts: understand their audience, tone, and KPIs through content performance analysis
Build your first creative workshop contributions: participate in 3+ brainstorms and write briefs that the creative team actually executes
Establish your veille routine: track 2-3 competitor accounts daily and flag 2 trend-spotting insights monthly
Own content calendar sections: lead editorial planning for 1-2 client accounts with your manager's review
Demonstrate analytics literacy: build monthly performance reports showing what content types drive engagement and conversions
Develop activation ideas: propose 2-3 social media mechanics (contests, UGC campaigns, etc.) that get greenlit
Level up as a project coordinator: manage end-to-end production workflows with creative and technical teams on 3+ campaigns

Is This Role For You?
- You're in a BAC+4/5 commerce or communications program with focus on marketing/digital and you actually use social media daily (not just academically)
- You can write tight copy and love analyzing why content performs—you see metrics as story, not just numbers
- You're comfortable juggling multiple client briefs, stakeholders, and deadlines without senior hand-holding
- You speak fluent English and French, and you stay plugged into platform trends (TikTok, Threads, etc.)
- You expect to design or create content yourself—this is strategy and coordination, not creative production
- You're not comfortable being on-site 5 days/week in Boulogne-Billancourt with no flexibility
- You can't write clearly or synthesize information quickly—agencies live on tight deadlines and clear briefs
