Your Mission
Master video editing and content creation tools; produce 40+ pieces of optimized social content
Own scheduling and publishing workflows for 3-5 client accounts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
Develop commenting/engagement protocol and maintain 90%+ response rate on client comments
Document content performance baseline metrics and identify top-performing content formats
Scale to managing 8-10 client accounts with zero missed publishing dates
Build data-driven content calendar that increases average engagement rate by 25%+
Create reusable templates and processes that reduce content production time by 30%
Present first strategic social audit and recommendations showing path to Social Media Strategist role
