The Challenge
Macfor is a specialized services contracting firm looking for a mid-level Art Director to own social-first creative across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You'll translate brand strategy into native platform content while staying ahead of digital culture trends.
Your Mission
Establish design system and asset templates for 3 core platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Ship 40+ social assets (feed posts, stories, short-form video) with documented engagement benchmarks
Map platform-specific content dynamics and create guidelines for each channel's unique audience behavior
Collaborate with copywriting and strategy teams to deliver 4-6 integrated campaign concepts
Lead creative direction for 8+ full-funnel campaigns, tracking engagement lift and audience growth metrics
Build motion and video editing workflow—reduce asset turnaround time by 30%
Mentor junior designers on platform best practices and cultural trend application
Document and share monthly trends analysis with leadership; influence creative strategy roadmap
