The Challenge
Pixalione is a hybrid digital marketing agency combining human expertise with proprietary tech, working with everyone from PMEs to CAC 40 companies. You'll own SEO strategy end-to-end for ambitious clients while pushing the boundaries of what SEO looks like in 2026—integrating AI/LLM into your playbook.
Your Mission
Deliver 2-3 comprehensive SEO audits (technical, semantic, competitive) for key client accounts
Build rapport with assigned clients and establish yourself as the trusted SEO voice on their accounts
Map and document current SEO tech stack usage (SEMrush, Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog) across active projects
Contribute to one major SEO strategy proposal demonstrating your ability to blend technical rigor with business strategy
Own 4-5 client SEO strategies from audit to execution, showing measurable organic traffic growth month-over-month
Lead at least one full website technical overhaul or migration, documenting learnings for the team
Develop and test 2-3 new AI/LLM-powered content or link-building approaches, reporting on ROI and scalability
Build a replicable SEO reporting dashboard in Looker Studio that becomes your client reporting standard
KPIs You'll Own
Organic traffic growth
Month-over-month organic session growth across your client portfolio, benchmarked against client targets.
Keyword ranking improvements
Number of keywords moved into top 10 and top 3 positions, tracked via SEMrush or Ahrefs.
Client satisfaction score
Quarterly feedback from clients on strategy clarity, execution speed, and communication quality.
Project delivery timeliness
Percentage of audits, strategies, and recommendations delivered on schedule or early.

Is This Role For You?
- You have 2-4 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency preferred, but in-house digital counts)
- You're fluent in SEO fundamentals—technical audits, on-page optimization, link building—and can explain them to non-technical stakeholders
- You're curious about AI/LLM applications in SEO and want to experiment with next-gen tools
- You thrive in on-site, collaborative environments and want to work across multiple client accounts simultaneously
- You need remote flexibility or hybrid work—this is 100% on-site in Lyon
- You're looking for a hands-off strategic role; this is 50/50 strategy and execution
- You lack agency experience or deep SEO fundamentals; junior roles should apply elsewhere
Interview Process
