What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Own the creation, optimization, and publishing of content across blogs, landing pages, websites, emails, ads, and social media channels.
Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize content for SEO best practices, including metadata, structure, internal linking, readability, and on-page elements.
Implement AEO strategies by developing FAQ-rich, snippet-optimized, and conversational content for AI and voice search platforms.
Improve visibility across search engines, featured snippets, People Also Ask sections, and AI-powered discovery platforms.
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent, high-quality publishing across channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content initiatives with product, design, and marketing goals.
Track and analyze performance metrics such as traffic, rankings, CTR, and conversions, and provide actionable insights.
Prepare regular SEO and content performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with evolving SEO, AEO, and AI search trends to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or digital content strategy roles.
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS content marketing and demand generation principles.
Proven experience creating content for blogs, websites, landing pages, emails, and digital campaigns.
Deep knowledge of SEO fundamentals including keyword research, on-page optimization, and competitor analysis.
Understanding of AEO, structured content formats, featured snippets, and AI-driven search behavior.
Ability to produce original, research-backed, and high-quality content tailored to both users and search engines.
Experience working with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple content projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot, or Webflow is a plus.
Experience in B2B SaaS or tech-related industries is highly desirable.
