What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Design and lead comprehensive SEO content strategies, from keyword research and planning to execution and measurement of organic revenue impact.
Develop scalable AI-assisted content workflows, including research, content briefs, drafting support, E-E-A-T reviews, optimization, and content refresh processes.
Optimize content for emerging search experiences, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), improving visibility across AI-powered search platforms.
Analyze and combine data from Google Search Console, GA4, and internal conversion metrics to identify meaningful growth opportunities beyond traffic volume.
Manage technical SEO initiatives, including crawling, indexing, rendering, structured data, and website performance improvements.
Conduct competitive analysis, benchmarking, and keyword research to identify market opportunities.
Build and automate SEO processes using scripts, AI agents, and productivity tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
Partner with developers to define technical requirements, validate implementations, and ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into products and platforms.
Support the development of tools and solutions that improve user acquisition and digital growth.
Monitor SEO performance indicators and communicate insights, recommendations, and strategic opportunities to stakeholders.
Contribute to SEO initiatives across platforms such as Google Discover, Google News, YouTube, and app stores.
Requirements
Extensive experience managing SEO content projects at scale, with a strong focus on organic traffic growth and conversion results.
Practical experience using artificial intelligence tools in daily workflows, including prompt engineering, AI automation processes, and evaluation of AI-generated outputs.
Strong knowledge of the three main SEO pillars: on-page, technical, and off-page SEO, including crawling, indexing, rendering, and link building.
Advanced proficiency with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
Strong understanding of SEO analytics, keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance measurement.
Knowledge of GEO/AEO, semantic SEO, entities, topics, structured data, and content optimization for large language models.
Experience applying E-E-A-T and YMYL principles, especially for sensitive industries such as finance.
Proven experience with Google Discover and Google News optimization strategies.
Strong knowledge of WordPress and end-to-end content strategies.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Experience with YouTube SEO and App Store Optimization (ASO).
Familiarity with HTML and JavaScript is considered an advantage.
Experience with AI tools and platforms such as Claude Code, n8n, GPT, or similar technologies is a plus.
Knowledge of product management, inbound marketing, Google Data Studio, and financial websites is considered an advantage.
English proficiency is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, ownership mindset, communication skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
