The Challenge
hyffen is a high-growth SEO agency building custom strategies for clients while developing proprietary AI tools internally. You'll drive client performance through complete SEO/GEO audits, strategy design, and hands-on project management in a 100% remote setup with monthly in-person team gatherings.
Your Mission
Complete onboarding: master hyffen's processes, tools, and internal AI platform alongside mentor
Shadow and support 3-4 active client projects to understand delivery model and client expectations
Conduct 2 full SEO/GEO audits (technical, content, reputation) with mentor feedback
Build fluency with team workflows and establish relationships across consultants, developers, and content team
Own 4-6 client accounts independently, delivering quarterly strategy reviews and roadmaps
Generate 15+ SEO audit reports with actionable recommendations and measurable KPIs
Contribute to 2+ AI tool improvements or R&D initiatives with dev team
Deliver consistent monthly reporting and steering committee presentations with 90%+ client satisfaction

Audit-to-Strategy Conversion
Percentage of audits that convert to implemented strategy roadmaps within 30 days.

Net Promoter Score from quarterly steering committee feedback and check-ins.

Is This Role For You?
- You have 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house) with proven audit and strategy track record
- You're fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills to manage client relationships and steer meetings
- You thrive in hybrid autonomy: mentored onboarding ramping to solo client ownership by month 2-3
- You're energized by team collaboration but equally motivated by owning your own client projects end-to-end
- You need 5+ days on-site or cannot commit to monthly Paris travel (fully covered)
- Your SEO expertise is < 3 years or limited to in-house/non-consulting environments
- You prefer rigid hierarchies or minimal autonomy; hyffen expects rapid independence
- You're not fluent in French or uncomfortable with bilingual work environment
