Since 2018, Getfluence has been transforming how brands grow their online visibility.

We built an international marketplace connecting brands and agencies to over 50,000 media outlets, enabling large-scale deployment of digital PR, branded content, link building, mention building, and SEO/GEO activations.

As AI redefines Search Marketing and conversational engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity…) reshape user behavior, we are accelerating our expansion in Europe and the United States while evolving our platform to fully integrate GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) challenges.

Job description

The Role at a Glance

You join the product team to drive the evolution of a B2B marketplace platform in the marketing space.

The platform connects: advertisers & SEO agencies, publishers/media outlets, internal teams (sales, ops, finance).

You work in close partnership with the Head of Product, in daily contact with developers and business teams.

A central role in the product engine, highly cross-functional, with: strong autonomy, real impact on the roadmap, strategic exposure to SEO & AI challenges, and a steep learning curve.

Your Missions

Discovery & Product Understanding

Deeply understand a multi-sided marketplace system: advertisers, agencies, publishers, internal teams Identify friction points across key journeys: media search, campaign management & tracking, media management, etc Gather insights: conduct user interviews, analyze behavior through data Perform competitive benchmarks (SEO tools, marketplaces, AI tools)

Delivery & Product Execution

Prioritize and co-build the roadmap with the Head of Product Write functional specifications, mockups, and/or prototypes Challenge technical solutions with developers Break down topics into actionable tickets, participate in product/tech rituals

Ability to design prototypes to build and test features is expected. This can be learned, but you must have the drive to use no-code, AI, or design tools to rapidly materialize ideas.

You don't just "write specs": you own topics through to real adoption.

Data-Driven Steering

Define and track KPIs for launched features to measure adoption and usage Build and maintain dashboards Analyze user behavior Turn data into concrete decisions

We're looking for someone who loves understanding why things work, why they don't, and where the leverage lies.

Product Stack, AI & Automation

Use modern product stack tools: Notion, Jira, Metabase, mockup and wireframe tools Integrate AI into your daily work: structured prompting, spec writing assistance, solution exploration Participate in API and automation topics (n8n, Zapier, Make) Understand CRM challenges Contribute to Product Ops structuring Profile

Profile

Experience

Entrepreneurial profile or side-project background highly valued Startup experience appreciated Marketplace, B2B SaaS, or SEO experience is a strong plus

We particularly value motivation, ability to learn fast, and smart use of AI to accelerate growth.

Engineering or developer background appreciated but not required (all profiles will be considered).

Skills & Mindset

Strong product fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, delivery Comfortable with data Ability to understand complex systems and collaboration workflows Solid B2B culture Comfortable working with tech teams Strong interest in SEO, data, and AI Fluent spoken English, able to communicate with international teams and clients Spanish is a plus, especially for collaboration with the Madrid-based team

Practical Information

Location Toulouse preferred, with a hybrid rhythm of 2+ days on-site per week. Position also open in Paris, Madrid, or full remote for an excellent fit.

Compensation To be discussed based on profile and experience.

1/ Phone screening with the Head of Product (French & English) 2/ Product interview with the Head of Product (French) including discussion and introduction of a business case to prepare. 3/ Business case presentation and discussion with the Tech Team and business stakeholders (French). 4/ Final discussion with the CEO (French & English) to assess strategic alignment and cultural fit.
