The Challenge

TotalPass is a corporate wellness platform driving habit change and mental/physical health across B2B and B2C segments. You'll own feature launches end-to-end, translating product innovation into market traction and adoption.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Launch 2-3 feature narratives with GTM playbooks (sales decks, battle cards, product briefs) across both B2B and B2C channels

Establish baseline adoption metrics and conversion funnels for recent releases using Mixpanel/Amplitude tracking

Build competitive positioning framework with 3+ battle cards differentiating TotalPass from direct competitors

4

Align Sales and Product teams on messaging through 2+ quarterly kickoff presentations

By 6 Months
1

Achieve 25%+ adoption rate lift on 2-3 major feature launches vs. pre-launch baseline

Create reusable PMM playbook (template + process) for future feature launches to scale without you

Conduct customer feedback synthesis on 15+ accounts to inform next product roadmap priorities

4

Develop wellness/HR tech vertical positioning that increases deal size or contract expansion by 15%+

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've shipped 2-4 feature launches in SaaS or HR/Wellness tech and own adoption metrics obsessively
  • You're fluent in product narrative and can write battle cards that Sales actually uses
  • You thrive connecting dots between Product roadmap, customer needs, and GTM execution without hand-holding
  • You're bilingual (English/Portuguese) and comfortable navigating LATAM markets
Won't Work If
  • You need remote-first; this is on-site 4/5 days in Mexico City
  • Your experience is pure brand/demand gen; you haven't owned product-led launches or adoption metrics
  • You need more than 2-3 months to ramp; this role demands independent execution from day one
