What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering value-based messaging for the Digital Mission Engineering (DME) product collection, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to reach prospective and existing customers and partners.
- Participating in go-to-market planning, including market sizing, customer segmentation, channel partner coverage, and regional sales alignment to maximize market reach and revenue growth.
- Maintaining competitive leadership by analyzing the competitive landscape, identifying growth opportunities, and articulating how Synopsys DME solutions differentiate us in the market.
- Developing and delivering comprehensive sales enablement collateral—customer presentations, use cases, battle cards, case studies, and solution guides—to empower the sales organization.
- Creating and executing marketing plans and lead generation campaign kits aligned with business growth objectives and key strategic initiatives.
- Managing the execution of new feature and product launches as part of the twice-annual release cycle, ensuring successful cross-functional rollout and adoption.
- Owning the development of all marketing collateral, including web content, product feature videos, technical assets, data sheets, blogs, and solution-oriented materials in partnership with Corporate Marketing.
- Coordinating with field and corporate marketing teams to promote Synopsys products in line with product marketing strategy and corporate programs.
- Measuring and evaluating the ROI of marketing tactics at all stages of the customer journey, using data to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Drive significant pipeline and revenue growth through effective campaign execution and strategic market positioning.
- Strengthen Synopsys’ leadership in Digital Mission Engineering by clearly articulating unique value propositions and competitive differentiation.
- Empower sales teams with best-in-class enablement tools and messaging to accelerate deal cycles and close more business.
- Enhance global brand awareness and market presence through targeted campaigns and impactful content.
- Foster strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives that expand the reach and influence of the DME portfolio.
- Ensure marketing investments deliver measurable business results, informing future strategy and resource allocation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing or related roles.
- Strong technical acumen with the proven ability to translate product functionality into clear, compelling customer value and messaging.
- Broad expertise across digital, social, web, and account-based marketing strategies and execution.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and executing on global, multi-product marketing campaigns.
- Superior English proficiency and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in B2B or B2C technology marketing; experience with demand generation campaigns is highly valued.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in Marketing or Engineering, and/or Product Marketing Alliance Certification is a strong plus.
- This position requires access to or use of information, which is subject to export restrictions, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
