The Challenge

Sequoia scales its Product Marketing through data-driven insights. You'll be the analytical engine turning CRM data and sales trends into competitive intelligence that wins deals.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Establish baseline CRM win/loss analysis framework; identify top 3 competitive threats and loss drivers

2

Audit sales collateral adoption across field; deliver adherence report with utilization gaps and fix recommendations

3

Build repeatable market insights pipeline combining qualitative customer research with quantitative competitive data

4

Standardize 2-3 core PM reporting dashboards (win rates, collateral usage, persona performance) for weekly visibility

By 6 Months
1

Own quarterly win/loss analysis that informs product positioning and sales messaging updates

Increase sales collateral adoption by 25% through targeted training and effectiveness metrics

Launch Market Insights program with monthly competitive intelligence briefings for cross-functional partners

Reduce insight-to-action cycle time by 40% through process standardization and automated reporting
