About ROAS-AI

We build autonomous, agentic AI for digital marketing optimization. Having validated our core tech, we need a growth catalyst to architect our 0-to-1 revenue engine. Succeeding puts you on an accelerated track to Chief Business Officer (CBO).

The Role: Sales + Marketing

You own the full funnel-driving demand and closing enterprise deals:

  • Growth Marketing: Refine ICP and messaging for CMOs and performance agencies. Run high-converting inbound/outbound campaigns.
  • Enterprise Sales: Own the B2B sales pipeline, conduct demos, and close high-ticket SaaS contracts.
  • Product Feedback: Translate market interactions into clear feature requests for engineering.

Who You Are

  • 0-to-1 Operator: 4-7 years' experience in B2B SaaS, founder's office, or early startups.
  • The Hybrid: Combines persuasive copywriting/marketing skills with enterprise sales grit.
  • Domain Fluent: Deeply understands digital ad platforms, attribution models, and AI workflows.
  • High Agency: Builds the playbook and takes absolute ownership of revenue targets.
