The Challenge

RCA builds software for accountants and needs a Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market strategy, customer positioning, and product-market fit. You'll be the bridge between customers, product, and sales—directly shaping how solutions reach the market.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map competitive landscape and develop detailed buyer/user personas for RCA's core accounting software products

2

Define positioning and messaging framework for at least 2 key product offerings with supporting GTM plans

3

Establish baseline KPIs (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention) and implement tracking across AAARRR funnel

4

Build stakeholder alignment with product, sales, and marketing teams on go-to-market roadmap for next 6 months

By 6 Months
1

Launch 2+ product offerings with complete GTM campaigns including collateral, sales enablement, and customer communication

2

Increase product adoption metrics by 25%+ through data-driven positioning adjustments based on customer feedback

3

Develop customer feedback loop—conduct 20+ customer interviews, synthesize insights into product strategy recommendations

4

Create scalable content and asset library (case studies, ROI calculators, competitive comparison docs) for sales and marketing teams

Product Launch Performance

Track awareness lift, sales pipeline influence, and time-to-revenue for new offerings vs. baseline

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by Segment

Measure marketing contribution to sales efficiency by buyer segment and GTM channel

Product-Market Fit Indicators

Monitor customer satisfaction, retention rate, upsell velocity, and NPS tied to product-marketing initiatives

Sales Enablement Impact

Track win rate lift, sales cycle length, and deal velocity after deploying new positioning and messaging

Market Intelligence Quality

Quarterly persona and competitive analysis refresh with stakeholder feedback scores and adoption by teams

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You have 3+ years of product marketing in B2B SaaS or IT—ideally in accounting, fintech, or enterprise software
  • You're data-driven and fluent in AAARRR metrics, GTM frameworks, and customer feedback loops
  • You thrive coordinating across product, sales, and marketing teams and can translate between technical and commercial stakeholders
  • You speak French or are eager to work in French-speaking environment in Western France
Won't Work If
  • You're purely demand-gen focused—this role requires strategic product thinking and deep customer discovery, not just campaign execution
  • You need significant remote flexibility or multi-country experience—this is on-site in Nantes with limited hybrid options
  • You lack B2B SaaS experience or have only worked in B2C—the sales cycle, buyer behavior, and GTM mindset are fundamentally different here
