About ORO Labs:

ORO Labs is an agentic procurement orchestration company on a mission to humanize the procurement experience. Founded in 2020 by former SAP Ariba product leaders, ORO delivers effortless user experiences so businesses can shorten cycle times, decrease risk through end-to-end process visibility, and remain agile in response to change with a no-code platform purpose-built for procurement. Trusted by users in over 70 countries, and supported by an extensive network of implementation and technology partners, ORO helps Fortune 500 and fast-growing global companies automate processes, improve cross-team collaboration, and scale procurement operations. The ORO platform is trusted by the world’s largest brands, including The Coca-Cola Company, Novartis, Danone, Roche, BASF, Liberty Global, Bayer, Millennium, and Booking.com.

Job Summary:

ORO Labs is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to own how we position, message, launch, and communicate the ORO platform. This is a senior, hands-on role that blends deep product marketing leadership with sales and customer engagement.

You will develop a deep understanding of the ORO platform - including technical knowledge - and develop up-to-date, dynamic product messaging, sales enablement assets, competitive insights, and other critical content such as website, event and analyst material.

You will work “3-in-a-box” with our VP of Innovation and our head of Product Management to align roadmap, releases, and go-to-market execution, and you will serve as a visible voice of ORO with analysts, customers, partners, and the broader market.

This will begin as an individual contributor role, alongside a small team of product marketers, with the potential to grow into a management position commensurate with performance.

Responsibilities

Product and Market Expertise:

  • Build and maintain deep expertise in the ORO platform, integrations, use cases, and roadmap
  • Understand the procurement and source-to-pay ecosystem, including solutions such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Sourcing and Contracting tools, and adjacent enterprise and best of breed systems
  • Become expert in agentic AI use cases for sourcing and procurement alongside ORO solution architects
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, customer-centric value propositions

Positioning, Messaging & Content:

  • Own ORO’s positioning, messaging framework, and personas across buyers, users, and partners
  • Clearly articulate ORO’s differentiation as a procurement orchestration platform versus traditional source-to-pay solutions
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across website content, product assets, customer communications, and external channels

Sales Enablement:

  • Lead creation and management of all product-related sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, demos, battlecards, one-pagers, and release materials
  • Partner closely with Sales and Revenue teams to support deals, competitive situations, and customer conversations
  • Oversee website content to ensure it’s up to date, clear, and compelling, leaning into multi-media and video where possible
  • Work with the alliances team to enable partners with clear guidance on how to position and sell ORO, and to create co-marketing assets as needed

Product Marketing Standards:

  • Work with peers to set PMM priorities, processes, and quality standards to ensure scalable, consistent output
  • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, bringing your “A-Game” to every project and asset while shepherding team growth and excellent cross-functional collaboration

Product & Roadmap Partnership:

  • Work closely with the Innovation and Product Management leaders in a “3-in-a-box” model to understand roadmap, releases, and customer feedback
  • Drive go-to-market planning for new features and capabilities, including launch messaging, customer communications, and enablement
  • Help internal teams and customers understand what’s coming and how to get maximum value from ORO

Thought Leadership & Market Influence:

  • Contribute to thought leadership content such as blogs, product narratives, and point-of-view pieces
  • Support analyst relations, including briefings, messaging, and market education
  • Represent ORO in public-facing settings such as webinars, events, customer forums, and analyst meetings

Customer Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing to support customer-facing communications related to the ORO platform, including regular newsletters, release updates, and product-focused messaging
  • Support and engage ORO’s user communities alongside customer marketing, helping foster peer learning, feedback, and advocacy

=======================

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with increasing scope and responsibility
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, or adjacent enterprise technology
  • Strong familiarity with source-to-pay solutions such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar platforms
  • Experience owning or partnering closely on customer marketing and customer communications
  • Proven ability to partner deeply with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Comfortable with public speaking and external-facing presentations
  • Experience with category creation and influencing market perception through messaging, enablement, and analyst engagement

Preferred:

  • Background in category creation or emerging-market positioning
  • Familiarity with AI-driven enterprise software narratives
  • Experience supporting Series C–D growth-stage companies
