Go-To-Market Engineer
to sit at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and engineering, helping us design, build, and scale systems that drive revenue growth.Join our journey
This is a
highly technical, builder-first role embedded in GTM
.You will act less like a traditional marketer and more like a
systems engineer for revenue generation
. Your focus is to design, build, and optimize automated outbound and GTM infrastructure using data, APIs, and AI tools. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to create systems that improve lead generation, conversion rates, sales efficiency, and customer engagement.You’ll experiment constantly, move fast, and build workflows that directly impact pipeline generation.
Responsibilities And Impact
- Build and maintain scalable outbound systems, Lead sourcing, enrichment, routing, scoring, and outreach workflows, using modern GTM tooling (e.g. Clay and similar platforms)
- Design automated workflows connecting data sources, APIs, and enrichment tools
- Work with SQL and data analysis to improve targeting, segmentation, and lead quality
- Experiment with AI tools to create personalization and enrichment at scale
- Prototype and test new outbound approaches quickly (messaging, signals, targeting, workflows)
- Identify bottlenecks in GTM processes and replace manual work with automation
- Partner closely with sales and founders to improve pipeline generation efficiency
- 2–5 years of experience in a technical or analytical role
- Background in data, BI, RevOps, growth, analytics, or engineering
- Strong foundation in SQL (or similar data querying experience)
- Comfortable experimenting with tools like Clay, Airtable, Zapier, APIs, or similar systems
- Think in systems and workflows — you naturally connect tools and processes
- Highly curious, resourceful, and enjoy building or hacking solutions from scratch
- Fast-moving, experimental, and motivated by impact over process
- Experience in early-stage startups (Series A–C)
- Exposure to fintech, AI, or developer tools
- Experience building internal tools for sales or marketing teams
- Familiarity with LLMs / AI workflows for automation or personalization
- Prior experience in growth engineering, RevOps, or sales engineering
- A clear path to promotion for leadership and individual contributor roles.
