The Challenge

Mistral AI is building the open-source AI alternative to closed models. You'll own verticalized go-to-market for high-priority industries, translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into win-able, repeatable solutions for manufacturing, finance, and beyond.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and validate 2-3 priority verticals; develop industry-specific positioning and messaging frameworks

Launch first GTM collateral suite (pitch deck, sales enablement deck, 2-3 use case documents) for lead vertical

Establish cross-functional working cadence with Product, Sales, and Solutions; identify feedback loops for GTM refinement

Conduct competitive and market intelligence deep-dive; identify 3-5 repeatable solution patterns

By 6 Months

Execute integrated campaign for 2-3 verticals; measure pipeline influence and conversion lift vs. baseline

Build scalable content library: 5+ case studies, 3+ demo scripts, verticalized landing pages live and tracking

Enable field teams: train sales and solutions engineers on vertical narratives; track enablement adoption and win rates

4

Partner with Product to influence roadmap; document and prioritize feature requests tied to vertical GTM wins
