What you'll do

Accountabilities:

  • Build and establish the core go-to-market technology and data infrastructure, including CRM architecture, enrichment platforms, automation tooling, and integrations.

  • Own enterprise lead generation end to end, designing sourcing, enrichment, scoring, qualification, and routing processes that consistently produce sales-ready opportunities.

  • Develop and automate inbound and outbound lead flows to ensure Sales has a reliable, high-quality pipeline while minimizing manual list building and operational hand-offs.

  • Partner with Sales and leadership to define qualification criteria and translate those requirements into scalable systems, workflows, and processes.

  • Use AI-powered tools, including technologies such as Claude, to rapidly prototype and deploy lead-generation automations, enrichment workflows, scoring models, and personalized outbound processes.

  • Monitor and analyze lead-generation performance, data quality, conversion, and pipeline contribution to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Continuously test, refine, and scale GTM systems by measuring what works, discontinuing ineffective approaches, and adapting processes as the business evolves.

  • Troubleshoot data and pipeline issues, investigate root causes, and implement practical solutions that improve reliability and efficiency.

  • Translate technical systems, data processes, and automation strategies into clear recommendations for non-technical Sales and business stakeholders.

  • Operate with end-to-end ownership in a resource-conscious environment, creating structure and repeatable processes where none previously exist.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, demand generation, revenue operations, or a closely related role, ideally with experience building enterprise lead-generation systems from the ground up.

  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM technologies, including Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms, enrichment tools, sales engagement platforms, and workflow automation solutions.

  • Working proficiency in SQL and practical experience with at least one scripting language, such as Python or JavaScript, for developing custom workflows, automations, and integrations.

  • Demonstrated success building or significantly improving lead-generation capabilities across sourcing, enrichment, scoring, routing, or related areas, with measurable impact on qualified pipeline.

  • Strong technical curiosity and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, including AI-powered tools, to improve productivity and accelerate experimentation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through incomplete or messy data and identify the underlying causes of pipeline and data-quality issues.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and systems clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

  • A strong sense of ownership and a builder's mindset, with the ability to work independently, establish structure from scratch, and make decisions in an ambiguous environment.

  • Adaptability and collaboration skills, with the flexibility to respond to changing priorities, tools, processes, and business requirements.

  • Experience working in a fast-growing, resource-conscious organization is advantageous.

  • Candidates must be based in India for this opportunity and be comfortable working remotely.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote work opportunity for candidates based in India.

  • High-ownership role with the opportunity to build a GTM function and infrastructure from the ground up.

  • Direct collaboration with Sales and leadership, with a clear connection between your work and revenue generation.

  • Exposure to modern GTM technologies, data infrastructure, workflow automation, and AI-powered tools.

  • Opportunity to experiment, iterate, and introduce new approaches in a greenfield environment.

  • Fast-paced, international working environment with significant autonomy and responsibility.

  • Inclusive workplace committed to equal opportunity and diversity.

  • Opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing technology business and shape scalable commercial processes.
