The Challenge

Jobgether is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the complete growth strategy for a high-impact B2C digital product. You'll drive measurable revenue impact across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization in a distributed, performance-obsessed environment.

Your Mission

Conduct deep market and competitive analysis to define core positioning and messaging framework that resonates with target segments

Establish baseline metrics across the full funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, LTV) and create tracking dashboard

Launch 3-5 high-impact A/B tests across critical conversion points in the user journey

Align cross-functional roadmap with product, growth, and analytics teams on first-wave GTM initiatives

Deliver measurable improvements to revenue, conversion rates, and LTV through experimentation and optimization

Build and document segmentation strategy with tailored positioning and messaging for 3+ user personas

Optimize paid channel performance across Google, Meta, and TikTok with data-backed budget allocation recommendations

Scale winning experiments into systematic processes for continuous funnel improvement across onboarding, engagement, and monetization

Revenue Growth

Track incremental revenue driven by your product marketing initiatives and optimizations.

Conversion Rates (multi-funnel)

Monitor conversion improvements across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization stages.

Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)

Measure and improve the total revenue generated per user throughout their lifecycle.

A/B Test Win Rate

Track the percentage of experiments that generate statistically significant, positive impact.

Engagement & Retention Metrics

Monitor DAU/MAU growth, session frequency, and cohort retention curves.
