What you'll do
Accountabilities
Define and own go-to-market strategy frameworks for product launches, feature releases, and customer growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with company priorities and measurable outcomes.
Translate product and business objectives into structured GTM plans, timelines, and cross-functional execution roadmaps.
Build and improve processes that connect product development cycles with marketing readiness, ensuring timely delivery of messaging, positioning, and assets.
Partner with Customer Marketing and Customer Success teams to drive adoption, expansion, retention, and advocacy through product-led initiatives.
Provide strategic oversight of integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with GTM strategy, identifying risks, and resolving cross-team dependencies.
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks in collaboration with Marketing Operations to track GTM performance and business impact.
Drive operational excellence by designing scalable GTM processes, improving coordination, and strengthening execution consistency across teams.
Requirements
7-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including product marketing, customer marketing, or GTM strategy roles in high-growth environments.
Proven experience leading cross-functional go-to-market initiatives or product launches with measurable business outcomes.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, product lifecycle management, and customer expansion strategies.
Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success in matrixed organizations.
Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs, working with marketing operations, and translating data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and executive presence, with experience presenting to senior leadership and driving strategic alignment.
Strong operational mindset with experience building scalable GTM frameworks, processes, or operating models.
